The Cass County Historical Society was organized at a meeting of the Citizens Club in Library Hall, February 12, 1907. The Jerolaman-Long home, our present location, was built for Dr. Jerolaman in 1853 by George Bevan There is so much to see from the moment you set foot in the door. The parlor welcomes you in Victorian decor splendor. The museum houses thousands of artifacts of by-gone days. The ReVere motor company operated here from 1917-1926. Our collection includes a ReVere. We continue to add to our collections as new items are donated and cataloged for future generations to enjoy. We invite you to come for a tour; you'll be surprised at what you'll find. CCHS MISSION STATEMENT
The mission of the Cass County Historical Society shall
be the collection and preservation of all materials calculated to shed
light on the natural, civil, and political history of Cass County,
Indiana; the publication and circulation of historical documents; the
promotion of useful knowledge; and the friendly and profitable
intercourse of such citizens as are disposed to promote these ends.
